Delays & Lost Packages

Grill Beast is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grillbeastca@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
